eMerge Help Desk has moved!

We are excited to let you know, that as of 14th December 2022 we have centralised all our systems within one single system. 

 

Access the new Help Desk here.

 

Any tickets pending in the old system will be moved to the new system by eMerge staff.  You do not require to raise a new ticket.

 

Remember, if you are a client under a Service Level Agreement you may create a ticket by using the Help Desk Icon tray.  It’s easier and faster.
